Sea Turtles
Currently all species of sea turtles are still considered endangered. The leatherback sea turtle, Kemp's
ridley sea turtle, and hawksbill sea turtle are still all listed as critically endangered. The
olive ridley sea turtle and green turtles sea turtle are also considered to be endangered, and the
loggerhead sea turtle is listed as a threatened species. The conservation status of the flatback sea turtle is not clear and this is due to a lack of currently available research data.
